Accessing Online Textbooks Print Page

Step-by-Step Instructions

I'll use this text as an example: Jonsen, A. R., Siegler, M., & Winslade, W. J. (2010). Clinical ethics: A practical approach to ethical decisions in clinical medicine. New York: McGraw-Hill Medical.

1. Search the Library's Catalog for the textbook.

2. In the search results, look for [electronic resource] in the title.

3. If you're on campus, click on the link just below Status.

4. If you're off campus, take a look at the link to figure out where the textbook is located (highlighted in the image below).

5. On JCHS Library's pages in Blackboard, look for the link to the resource that has the textbook.

  Does it say "netlibrary" somewhere in the link? That book is available EBSCO eBooks Collection!
